Backout Of Australian Open : Vera Zvonareva

Vera Zvonareva  will not be able to play Australian open which is going to be held next month because of the shoulder injury. Vera Zvonareva who is 28 year old has been twice a semi-finalist in Melbourne and now defending women’s doubles with her own country partner Svetlana Kuznetsova. Vera Zvonareva announced on her facebook status that she wont be able to play next month event on January 14 .
Vera Zvonareva said on her Facebook status “Hey everyone ….. some bad . I will not be able to go to Australia this year , my body is not 100% recovered yet and i want to start when i know that i can start playing rest of the year . i keep working hard to get healthy. Thank you for all your support!”
Vera Zvonareva was injured in 2012 by a series of injury especially in left hip joint and right shoulder joint. Her last play was at Wimbledon in June in a grand slam, which she reached the third round of the game before  her problem start with an upper respiratory illness. After her injury she was absence for many games and tournament since London Olympic which took her WTA ranking down to No 96.
Vera Zvonareva is the women who has the place of two time grand slam finalist who reached both the Wimbledon final and the U.S open final in 2010 losing to Serena Williams and Belgium’s Clijsters respectively.
Australian open in Melbourne starts on January 14  2013.
